In the first half of this year, the highest paid apartment in Belgrade's Stari Grad municipality in Serbia was 2.6 million euros, which is also the most expensive square meter sold at a price of 12,000 euros.
Apartment prices increased by 5.25 percent, while a third of apartments were bought on credit. A parking space in the Old Town was paid for 77,000 euros.
The value of the real estate market in Serbia in the first half of this year was 4.2 billion euros, which represents a growth of 10.1 percent compared to the same period in 2025.
In the first half of 2026, the highest paid apartment in Serbia was the apartment in the Belgrade municipality of Stari grad for 2.6 million euros, which is also the most expensive square meter.
