Following the broadcast of a video showing flotilla activists kneeling for Gaza and hands tied, several European countries called Israeli ambassadors to denounce treatment deemed unworthy.

The images, showing people tied and on their knees, were accompanied by the message: "Welcome to Israel." European governments and Israeli politicians soon condemned the video.
