The fly curtain that Sarah Vandeursen made with dry sausages she had produced herself was literally a hit with visitors.
Sarah Vandeursen's exhibition on dry sausages at the Biekorf in Bruges is proving to be a huge hit. Literally, that is, as quite a few sausages appear to have vanished without a trace. "Presumably, some visitors couldn't help themselves," says Vandeursen.
