Arsys, the hosting company that hosted the website created for the chair of the Complutense University of Madrid that co-directed Begoña Gómez has eiterated the judge who investigates that the Internet portal transformatsc.org was in the name of the wife of the President of the Government.
Judge Juan Carlos Peinado, who has been investigating Begoña Gómez for more than a year, has asked the Presidency of the Government to clarify whether Pedro Sánchez’s wife used “an official e-mail from @presidencia.gob.es” for her work in the chair she ran at Complutense University. The judge asks if Gómez committed a crime of misappropriation with a free technology tool to encourage the digitization of small companies linked to that chair.

The magistrate thus accedes to the petition made by popular accusations
The company provides the court with the contractual documentation and explains that the domain in question was discharged in September 2022.
