BEDFORD — A Bedford woman was issued a summons to appear in court on Thursday for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding after a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Mitchell Road. Bedford Police Officer Taylor Daugherty reported that around 3:26 p.m., she observed a vehicle traveling 48 mph in a 35 mph zone.
