The now famous Olympic basin was rekindled on Saturday, June 21, almost a year after the Paris Olympic Games.
The Olympic basin was raised again in the sky of Paris on Saturday 21 June at the Tuileries Garden, during the great concert of the Fête de la musique à l'airs of JO.
Less than a year after accompanying the Summer Games of Paris 2024, becoming on this occasion a full marker of this Olympic and Paralympic edition, the basin has regained its location in the Tuileries Garden, where it will fly every evening until September 14, then again every summer until the Los Angeles Games.
Nine months later, the basin resumed its flight in the Tuileries Garden on Saturday night. One of the most beautiful symbols of Paris 2024, which had attracted more than 250,000 visitors last summer. On the occasion of the Fête de la musique and of a show staged by Thierry Reboul, the patron of the ceremonies of Paris 2024, the Olympic vasque repeated on Saturday an appearance in the Parisian sky a little less than a year after the JOPs. It will remain there until September 14 to prolong the pleasure.
The symbol of the Paris Olympic Games will be visible every summer until the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028.
