Based in Dijon since 2017, the chocolatier Pralus, known particularly for its praline brioches, will open a new location in the heart of Beaune at the beginning of this summer. Construction has already begun at number 2 Rue Monge, where the company, founded in Roanne (Loire), will take over the premises of the Bouillot bakery.
