U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Jaime Nava was on recruiting duty with Recruiting Sub-Station Frisco, Recruiting Station Dallas when he received the news he had stage two cancer. He was pulled off of recruiting short of completing his first tour while undergoing chemotherapy. With unwavering support from his peers and leaders, he successfully completed treatment and will return to recruiting for a second tour in October 2027.
