Bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against Bayer Construct. Attila Balázs' construction company has been granted a payment deferral. The company and the government are in dispute over 300 billion forints.
The court has ordered the bankruptcy proceedings of Bayer Construct Zrt., which will begin on Friday, i.e. when the court's order is published on the website of the Hungarian Commercial Code, the Metropolitan Court told MTI. According to the announcement, from Friday, the debtor will be entitled to a six-month payment moratorium on the payment of financial claims against it, with the exception of, for example, wages.
The government has classified the bankruptcy of the NER company as of strategic importance.
Although the bankrupt Bayer Construct received a half-year delay from the court, the bankruptcy procedure ordered after the Zuglo scandal could permanently drag Attila Balázs's luxury investments in Gheorgyó with it.
The National Reorganization Nonprofit Ltd., as the asset supervisor, registers the claims against the debtor and monitors the debtor's economic activities, and assists in the preparation of the settlement with the creditors.
The bankruptcy proceedings of Bayer Construct Zrt. have begun - the National Reorganization Nonprofit Kft. has been appointed as the trustee.
