BAXTER — Expenses tied to the Brainerd Baxter Baseball Association’s use of city parks had Baxter officials questioning why the city is now covering the entire cost. Mayor Darrel Olson said he was concerned by the recent request for the Battle of the Lakes Tournament looking at expenses from the recent years.
