BRAINERD — A 32-year-old Baxter man was arrested March 4 after he allegedly threatened another man at a Baxter apartment building. Robert Mason Baker III was charged March 6 in Crow Wing County District Court with felony threats of violence and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
