Batlow boil water notice lifted
A Boil Water notice that was in place from Tuesday 18 August in Batlow was lifted on Friday 21 August in consultation with NSW Health. Water in the Batlow reticulation is now safe to drink without boiling. Snowy Valleys Council said it had been working closely with NSW Health and NSW DCCEEW to resolve the treatment failure at the Batlow Water Treatment Plant.
