Basin Street Properties Acquires 113,000 SQFT Northgate Office Pair in San Rafael, Returning to Its Marin Roots

Basin Street Properties has closed on 899 and 1050 Northgate Drive, the 113,094-square-foot office and medical office pair that hit the market this spring, planting the North Bay operator back in the San Rafael submarket where its founder first hung his shingle more than 50 years ago.
