Barron Trump is launching a beverage brand
- Barron Trump, the 19-year-old son of President Donald Trump, is listed as director of South Florida-based Sollos Yerba Mate, which announced its first product—a pineapple and coconut herbal tea in 12-packs—launching in May 2026.
- Business registration documents filed in Delaware and Florida earlier this year show the company raised $1 million in capital through private placement, with Barron serving as one of five directors alongside Spencer Bernstein, Rodolfo Castello, Stephen Hall, and Valentino Gomez.
- The company's registered address in Palm Beach sits less than one mile from Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, while the brand name 'SOLLOS' represents the sun's cycle and pays homage to Barron's upbringing in the 'Sunshine State.'
- Critics, including Norm Eisen, co-founder and executive chair of Democracy Defenders Fund, argued the venture "opens yet another potential avenue of seeking to influence the president through his family's assorted business schemes." The venture marks Barron's first consumer business step.
