Canberra’s housing market continued to show resilience in June, with home prices rising 0.3% over the month, according to the latest PropTrack Home Price Index. Compared to this time last year, Canberra’s home values are up 0.5%, adding roughly $15,200 over the past 12 months. The city’s median home price now sits at $836,000.
