BARATILYAS IN DAGUPAN CITY, BACK IN PLACE FOR BANGUS FESTIVAL - RMN Networks

The bargains were back in place in Dagupan City after more than a month's end on February 24th. They began to re-set-up their respective stalls starting this past Friday. Retailers and vendors hope they can recover especially as the Bangus Festival is celebrated in the city that is expected to be destroyed by hundreds of visitors and tourists.
