Bank of America Launches Payments Insights for CashPro® Clients

Payments Insights gives CashPro clients analytics and visibility into payment activity to improve reconciliation and cash management, Bank of America said.

  • Bank of America launched Payments Insights on September 28, a new capability within the CashPro Data Intelligence suite designed to give corporate clients actionable intelligence about payment efficiency, cross-border flows, and working-capital performance.
  • Jennifer Sanctis, head of CashPro Personalized Technologies, said corporate treasury teams face a challenge: data "only creates value when it is organized and delivered in a way that supports action." The tool was developed with direct input from CashPro Boards.
  • CashPro facilitated 213 million payments in 1H 2026, a 10% increase year over year. Jay Davenport, co-head of Global Corporate Sales, noted that "even incremental improvements in how a company makes payments can deliver meaningful benefits."
  • Laura Fox, Director of Treasury for Allegis Group and member of the US CashPro Board, stated that "Payments Insights helps us see patterns and trends, giving our teams greater visibility to make more informed, strategic decisions."
  • Next month, Capital Markets Insights will be available online, expanding the bank's AI-powered offerings. By 2027, Security Insights will expand globally to CashPro program administrators to help strengthen protections and mitigate fraud and account compromise risks.
