Bangor is eliminating lane on 14th Street for pedestrian path

A pedestrian path will replace a lane on 14th Street in Bangor. That will affect traffic traveling on 14th Street from Valley Avenue to Ohio Street along Mount Pleasant Cemetery, according to the city.
