Bakery fined nearly £35,000 after evidence of mouse infestation found at flagship branch in Haymarket

A bakery has been fined more than £34k after mouse droppings were found in the kitchen of its flagship location. Ole and Steen, which operates more than 20 cafes across London, was found to have serious hygiene failings at its Haymarket branch.
