Bainbridge police: Chardon man drowns in Lake Taylor at Pilgrim Village
BAINBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, OHIO, JUL 17 – Luke Skotzke, a 20-year-old mechanical engineering student, drowned in Lake Taylor; police are investigating the incident as accidental, officials said.

Chardon man dies of suspected drowning in Lake Taylor: Bainbridge Township police blotter
After first responders extracted a Chardon man, 20, shortly after 9 p.m. July 17 from Taylor Lake in Pilgrim Village he was transported to Ahuja Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The victim was at the lake with friends who told police he knew how to swim but failed to do so after entering the lake. CPR efforts at the scene and during transport were not successful.
