A report by aviation technology firm Sita, based near Heathrow, has found 33.4 million suitcases were mishandled last year. That’s compared with 33.8 million the year before. It's a 67% drop since 2007, despite passenger numbers going up. It claims the sector's embracing 'real-time tracking' technology and AI.
