Niagara Falls Police responded to the 800 block of Portage Avenue, Easy Home, around 10am on February 8th after reports of a shoplifter. Prior to arrival, officers were advised that the suspect was a white female wearing a brown coat, black pants, carrying a pink flower bag, and fleeing from the store.
