BISMARCK, N.D. — The superintendent at Central Cass Public Schools has been named to North Dakota’s Board of Public Education. State Superintendent Levi Bachmeier says Morgan Forness will succeed him. Forness will represent Barnes, Cass, Grand Forks, Griggs, Nelson, Steele and Traill counties.
