Babiš Must Decide What to Do with Agrofert. He Risks Subsidies or a Seat in the Government

ANO leader Andrej Babiš's company Agrofert is standing in the way of the next government. If he is a member of the new government, his companies will not be able to draw subsidies and compete in public contracts. The trust fund, under the conditions under which Babiš placed the companies in it during his last government, will not solve the situation. This follows from court rulings and an audit by the European Commission.
