Avon Lake residents hear State of the City during address

AVON LAKE, Ohio — Avon Lake leaders touted the city’s public safety record, ongoing road and infrastructure work and major redevelopment opportunities along Lake Erie during the city’s annual State of the City address at the Avon Lake Public Library, while also urging residents to consider a proposed, temporary income-tax increase aimed at accelerating capital projects.
