Traffic is again possible in the inner ring of Brussels, which was obstructed since an accident at the Léonard junction shortly before noon. A car hit the side berm and was found across the two tracks at the entrance of the Léonard tunnel, says the Vlaams Verkeerscentrum. The tunnel was therefore inaccessible.
