Average speed cameras should be trialled in certain areas, says Cllr Scanlan

INDEPENDENT councillor Jerome Scanlan has called for Limerick Council to trial average speed cameras along the R520 and R522. Cllr Scanlan took the view that their findings are needed in the interest of safety.
