Average NC office wait times at the DMV continue to drop; however 20 locations had increases

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - New wait time data from the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles shows the average time at offices statewide continues to go down, while some have increased. The drop comes after new legislation that allows more transactions to happen online, instead of in person.
