Authorities Locate Man Who Went Missing in Willowbrook

An at-risk 31-year-old man who authorities say has a mental health condition and was reported missing in Willowbrook has been located, sheriff’s officials said Tuesday. Joel Figueroa had last been seen on Jan. 16 in the 1600 block of East 120th Street near Compton Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. No details were released about where and when Figueroa was located, and his condition was not disclosed.
