Openers Sophia Dunkley and Australian Beth Mooney chased 92 in 54 balls to secure the win. Dunkley struck 41 off 23 balls, while Mooney finished 31 not out off 21.
A historic double remains possible for Rockets as Sam Billings' men's side faces Manchester Super Giants at 18:00 BST. The club aims to become the first team to win both men's and women's competitions in one year.
