Man Charged with Capital Murder in Attack of AU Professor at Auburn’s Kiesel Park
Harold Rashad Dabney III was arrested after stealing Dr. Julie Gard Schnuelle's vehicle following her fatal assault at a popular Auburn dog park, police said.
