The Ministry of Culture will make a complaint to investigate and identify those responsible for graffiti carried out in this cultural heritage.
A carved calcareous rock from the archaeological site of Lanlacuyoq appeared with names and other inscriptions made with painting. Cultura Cusco announced legal actions and specialists already work to remove the marks without damaging the structure.
According to the surveillance personnel's report, on the surface of the rock were found two names painted with red and pink pigments, as well as other illegible inscriptions in the middle and low part. Cusco's Deconcentrated Directorate of Culture carried out cleaning and conservation work.
