Moscow-Kyiv: The Kremlin acknowledged on Friday a major Ukrainian drone attack that sparked a fire at a Moscow oil refinery the previous day, stating that measures were underway to contain the fallout. When asked whether Russian President Vladimir Putin had seen footage of the refinery fire, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that they should be briefed on the incident.
