By Uriel Blanco and Rocío Muñoz-Ledo, CNN en Español On Wednesday, the judicial authorities decided to bring to criminal trial those alleged to be responsible for the multiple crime of Jonathan Meléndez, “Honas”, keypadista of the Mexican band Camilo Septito; his wife Ana Paula, who was four months pregnant; his daughter, Sofia, 3 years old; and Aleyda
Diego Sebastián Rosen was linked to the multi-homicide trial of Atizapán, where Jonathan Meléndez, his family and a worker died.
The hearing of Sebastian 'N', alleged material author of the multihome in Atizapán, took place on Wednesday.
The judge considers that there is sufficient evidence for the above-mentioned person to continue his trial behind bars. Gerardo N, accused of being an accomplice to the crime, was also charged.
Diego Sebastián 'N' and Gerardo 'N' were linked to trial for murders of musician Jonathan, his family and a worker in Atizapán.
Both accused are pointed out for the multi-homicide in which also a worker close to the family, identified as Aleyda “N” lost her life.
