In the Northern Judicial Complex, on the morning of Friday, July 4, Judge Sebastián Cornejo put an end to the lawsuit initiated when the Municipality of Quito decided to reverse the donation of the Atahualpa Olympic Stadium with the intention of intervening and improving the sports space.
The administration of the stadium Ol mpico Atahualpa returns to the Sports Concentration of Pichincha, after a judicial decision that lowers the review process of the stage. The decision is of first instance.
Constitutional judge Sebastián Cordero decided to return the administration of the Atahualpa Olympic Stadium to the Sports Concentration of Pichincha, by accepting a Protection Action presented by that entity.
