At Trump’s Insistence, GOP Launches a New January 6 Committee
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, JUL 25 – House Republicans formed a new select subcommittee to re-examine the January 6 Capitol attack at former President Trump's request, aiming to challenge prior findings, GOP Rep. Loudermilk said.
- This week, Republican Representative Barry Loudermilk revealed he will head a newly established select subcommittee tasked with reexamining the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack in Washington, D.C.
