The 2nd Carob Harvest Festival was held in Alanya, and the harvested products were processed into molasses. ALKUB President Yılmaz stated that Alanya has a significant share in Türkiye's production of snack and edible carob, providing approximately one-third of the country's production with around 9-10 thousand tons.
