At-Risk Woman, 74, Who Went Missing in Lynwood Located

A 74-year-old insulin-dependent woman who went missing in Lynwood has been located, authorities said Saturday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department did not release where or when Lucina Placido was located. Placido, who had been displaying early signs of dementia, had last been seen Friday near her residence in the 11000 block of Birch St., west of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
