Just over a month after the start of the war in Iran, more than 340 children have been killed and thousands injured in the Middle East, according to UNICEF. The organization reported that 216 children died in Iran, 124 in Lebanon, four in Israel, and one in Kuwait. More than 1,700 children were injured in Iran, more than 400 in Lebanon, and more than 850 in Israel. Children were also injured in Bahrain and Jordan.
