For more than a decade AT&T bet on conquering the Mexican telecommunications market. Today, the U.S. firm is preparing to leave the country. The company works with advisors to sell its Mexican subsidiary, for which it hopes to obtain more than $2 billion, according to Bloomberg. Although there is still no final decision, the movement marks a turn for one of the largest foreign bets in the telecommunications sector in Mexico.
