HENDRIK-IDO-AMBACHT (ANP) – Municipalities are doing their best to prevent incidents around asylum centers, but "we are limited in what we can do, and that creates a feeling of powerlessness," explains Patrick van der Giessen, mayor of the South Holland municipality of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht.
