Spanish sports media outlet ElDesmarque reports that Aston Martin F1 is asking Honda to contribute a portion of Fernando Alonso's salary in order to extend his contract. Lawrence Stroll reportedly wants Honda to increase its financial contributions to the team from 2027 onwards, with a portion of that going towards Alonso's retention.
