A New Chapter for German Aviation: Deutsche Aircraft Opens D328eco® Final Assembly Line in Leipzig
The new line is designed for up to 48 aircraft a year and is expected to create about 250 direct jobs as production ramps up.

- Parliamentary State Secretary Christian Hirte and State Minister Dirk Panter attended the launch; the Free State of Saxony supported the project with approximately €3.2 million.
- Carrying forward Dornier's pioneering legacy, Deutsche Aircraft plans to complete the first D328eco in the first quarter of 2027, with series production beginning in 2028.
