Assault charge lands man in Grant County Jail - Elkhorn Media Group
CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail on an assault charge, according to recent Grant County Circuit Court documents. Shane Allen Henson, 39, pleaded “no contest” to Assault in the Fourth Degree, committed on or about May 7th, of 2024. Henson was sentenced to 10 days in the Grant County Jail and placed on Bench Probation for 18 months. The “no contest” plea was entered on April 24th, 2025.
