ASOSU to split up student services

The student government Senate voted in favor of a proposal to separate some student services from the Associated Students of Oregon State University Nov. 12. Presented to the Senate by Director of the Office of Advocacy Nick North, the proposal will remove SafeRide, the Office of Advocacy and Student Legal Services, placing them into their own unit.  The split is scheduled to take place on July 1, 2026, according to a document provided by North.…
