Asian shares are mostly higher while US futures and oil prices hold steady

Wall Street and economists await the Federal Reserve's July meeting minutes on Wednesday, seeking clarity on interest rate policy amid concerns regarding "Stagflation." The Fed faces challenges balancing stagnation and inflation simultaneously.
