Portuguese judicial police have seized approximately 9 tons of cocaine from a submarine off the coast of the Azores in the Atlantic Ocean. The submarine, originating from Latin America, was carrying approximately 300 bags of the drug. Thirty-five bags sank along with the vessel. The four crew members have been arrested.
