SENECA FALLS — The Women’s Rights National Historical Park is hosting a special temporary exhibit to commemorate the Erie Canal Bicentennial from now until the end of October.

The Village of Spencerport welcomes its neighbors from Gates on Wednesday, June 25, at noon. As part of the countywide Erie Canal 200th birthday celebrations, Bill Gillette, Town of Gates Historian, is leading a canal boat tour from Rochester to Spencerport and back again. Tickets are sold out. The Gates and Spencerport Historians have joined forces to make it an event to remember with music and fanfare. Barton’s Parkside Hots will be there too.…
