Director of the Office of the Government of Serbia for Public and Cultural Diplomacy, Arno Guyon, said that Serbia's slow progress towards membership in the European Union (EU) shows that joining the bloc is not only a matter of economics, but also of politics and geopolitical interests, the office announced today.
The Director of the Office of Public and Cultural Diplomacy, Arnaud Guillon, assessed that the fact that Serbia, despite impressive economic growth and numerous reforms, is not progressing faster towards EU membership clearly shows that it is not only a matter of economics, but also of politics and geopolitical interests.
