TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts Football Club announced today that the team has signed DB Nic Toomer, WR Marcus Rogers, DB Jaylen Jones, and DB Damaje Yancey.  Toomer (6’2″/199lbs) signed with the Argos in September and spent the rest of the season on the practice roster.
